4. Additional Terms. These Terms of Use are the final and entire agreement between Penn and you on the subject matter set forth in this Agreement, and supersedes any previous discussions, negotiations, understandings or agreements on the subject matter set forth in the Terms of Use, except for the Online Content License Agreement. If there is an ambiguity or discrepancy between a term in the Online Content License Agreement and these Terms of Use, the term in the Online Content License Agreement shall prevail in meaning and interpretation, and shall be deemed to reflect the mutual agreement of Penn and you regarding such term.
