• Two full weeks of in-person CHW training on critical topics including working effectively with medical providers, supporting patients with psychiatric concerns, and managing stress and de-escalating conflict. Training includes one full day of Motivational Interviewing facilitated by a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. Training concludes with a real-world assessment using a standardized patient, an actor trained to portray a patient with complex psychosocial needs
• 3 full days of in-person supervisor training on core skills including effectively supervising patient care, integrating CHWs within care teams, and coaching CHWs to improve performance
• 1 full day of in-person executive education to support your program’s leadership to hire, develop and retain talented CHWs and supervisors, achieve and sustain robust Triple Aim outcomes, and determine priority focus areas as the program grows
