Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
As a SDET, you will contribute to and support the creation of design solutions for production software. Your responsibilities include both software development and testing/validation tasks and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of production software. As such, the SDET is a test professional with advanced development skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process. The candidate will also be responsible for extending, enhancing, and maintaining current and future automation toolsets, architecture, infrastructure, and test approaches with Quality and Development leadership as a partner. You should have a passion for design, development, and testing. This is a role requiring focus, dedication, and a breadth of industry experience to further the company’s goals in a safe, scalable, and performant way. You will act as the technical voice of quality and a subject matter expert collaborating with multiple roles within the company. This role will be responsible for deliverables over multiple stages of development ranging from solution design to production maintenance. The ability to work extremely closely with both Development and IT is crucial, and this role will be actively involved in the triage and debug process start to finish. Our goal is to continue to push the boundaries of what defines an exceptional user experience to support IMPaCT Care’s mission to help customers build exceptional community health worker programs.
Staff Software Engineer
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be part of a team that is building IMPaCT Care’s software, which enables healthcare systems to build and manage best-in-class community health worker (CHW) programs, along with the integrations that let it connect with other EHRs and systems. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and test engineers to deliver solutions that truly matter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hard driving and ambitious environment; who can provide flexibility as we continue to build out this platform; who has experience solving complex problems; and who has a passion for growing engineering teams.
